Letter of Enforcement

If you are a property owner and having issues with trespassers or illegal encampments on your property you can fill out a Letter of Enforcement so deputies can proactively check on your property.

Once you fill out the form you may submit it by turning it in at the front desk of the Sheriff's Office located at 5100 W Division Springfield, Mo 65802 or by emailing it to [email protected]

A Letter of Enforcement does not substitute calling 911 if you find trespassers on your property and need deputies to respond immediately.
