This document is an amendment to Section 30 - Gated Communities of the Greene County Highway Department’s Design Standards for Public Road Improvements.
These regulations, which are also available on the Greene County Planning & Zoning website, govern the platting, design, and construction of subdivisions within the unincorporated areas of Greene County.
