These standards govern the design and construction of public road improvements within the unincorporated areas of Greene County. This document is owned and maintained by the Greene County Highway Department.

This document is an amendment to Section 30 - Gated Communities of the Greene County Highway Department’s Design Standards for Public Road Improvements.

PLANNING & ZONING DOCUMENTS

These regulations, which are also available on the Greene County Planning & Zoning website, govern the platting, design, and construction of subdivisions within the unincorporated areas of Greene County.

This document is Article IV - Special Provisions, Section 36: Access Management of Greene County’s current Zoning Regulations and is therefore followed and enforced by the Greene County Highway Department. Greene County’s complete Zoning Regulations are available on the Planning & Zoning website.
